Our gluten-free kitchen in New York City creates family-friendly cuisine crafted with local seasonal ingredients from Hudson Valley farmers. Quite literally the opposite of fast food, the slow food movement promotes local farmers and businesses, places nutrition and quality over mass-production, and allows the community to take part in a more sustainable food model.
