3X3 Kitchen Provisions is a New York–based gluten-free bakery grounded in artisanal craft, real ingredients, and the health benefits of traditionally inspired food. We bake in small batches using organic flours, whole seeds, psyllium husk for digestion, and purposeful ingredients like turmeric for its natural anti-inflammatory properties.

    Our Forbidden Rice Batard, made with 19 carefully selected ingredients, is an intentional ode to bread-baking itself. Deeply layered, aromatic, and complex, it delivers a bold crust and a satisfying crumb with flavors reminiscent of rye or pumpernickel, rarely found in gluten-free bread.
